Jaun, Jaime. Alex and Manny are some of the most skilled professionals I’ve ever seen.  They took great care, left my sprinkler lines easily accessible as well as carefully cutting out the one piece of the walk so that I can access it later.  The price was extremely fair and the service was second to none.  If you ever have an issue plumbing or sewage related, do yourself a favor and call Clean River! After careful vetting, we chose Clear River Environmental, and it was a very wise choice. From Steve who guided us through the paperwork, to Patricia who planned and confirmed the schedule, to the team that was at our home for two days, Bravo!. The field crew was awesome, they worked together like a well oiled machine. They had everything they needed on their trucks. They had our new I/O system completed in two days, which was amazing considering they buried a 1,000 gallon tank, eight 6' wide x 8' long x 2' deep leaching pools, and then two 8' wide x 2' deep drywells with piping from our gutter down spouts. They paid great attention to detail, used caution around our driveway, our two big oak trees and our landscaping. They left our home better than broom clean. We are ready for some sprinkler system repairs (they did a great job lifting pipes and not destroying what was there) and left us ready for top soil and grass seed. We updated our block cesspool to an IA/OWTS system with the help of the Suffolk Septic Improvement Grant. My cesspool company Finest Cesspool referred me to Clear River. I spoke with Steve at their office once our grant was approved and they assisted us every step of the way.The engineer was very transparent and helpful. Explaining the benefits to the environment of the new system and what we should expect going forward. Installation day was very smooth. The team went out of their way to avoid doing any unnecessary damage to our back yard. Especially our patio concrete when they managed to only cut out a small piece to access our waste pipe.
