Clearwater, and their representative, Frank, did a complete & thorough service knowledgeably without rushing & without wasting time. He completed his work with certainty and efficiently. He was professional, courteous, explained everything he was going to do and why. He tried to maintain the integrity of my home all while unclogging my poop pipes! He even tried to save me some money by using the shower drain first with the snake, but then finally had to remove the toilet and go that route. He was very calm, reassuring and let friendly. At a time when a customer is distressed he offered reassurance and a level of confidence that I needed in a service.
